  • 600 gr. of small strawberries
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 400 gr vanilla ice-cream
  • 2 glasses of LOMBARDO SWEET MARSALA WINE
  • 50 gr. of sliced almonds

 
Rinse the stalkless strawberries,drain and put it in a bowl. Spread with sugar and sprinkle with Marsala Wine Soak the strawberries for 1 hour in the fridge;stir them every now and then Leave the strawberries to dry and kindly put them on the bottom of four compotes, keeping some strawberries aside for the decoration. Place a scoop of ice-cream in every compotes and decorate with the strawberries and almonds.
