Marsala Mousse

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • 1 Tea-cup of LOMBARDO SWEET
  • 70 gr. of whipped cream
  • 100 gr. of dark chocolate
  • 1 spoon of icing sugar


Rinse the stalkless strawberries,drain and put it in a bowl. Spread with sugar and sprinkle with Marsala Wine Soak the strawberries for 1 hour in the fridge;stir them every now and then Leave the strawberries to dry and kindly put them on the bottom of four compotes, keeping some strawberries aside for the decoration. Place a scoop of ice-cream in every compotes and decorate with the strawberries and almonds.
