Tiramisù with Marsala

  • 4 Eggs
  • 80 gr. sugar
  • 500 gr of mascarpone
  • 1 pack of Savoiardi biscuits
  • 1 Cups of strong coffee
  • ½ Cup LOMBARDO SWEET MARSALA WINE
  • 2 teaspoons of bitter cocoa

 

Mix the coffee with the Marsala In a bowl mix the egg yolks with sugar. Add,little by little, the mascarpone and whp the cream until it becomes foamy,smooth and thick.In another bowl whip the egg whites firmly and then add them to the eggs and mascarpone. Put on a serving dish a layer of moistened biscuits by the coffee and Marsala and then add the cream. Make another layer of biscuits and then cream and repeat until both the biscuits and cream are over. Cover the sweet with the powered cocoa. And put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
