Area of production: west Sicily

Preparation: we add an alcoholic infusion
of almonds to the wine untill we
get the typical aroma and the classic
taste of almonds

Alcohol: 16% vol

Sugar: more than 20%

Color: amber

Taste: sweet

Perfume: rich

Serving temperature: room temperature or a little bit chilled

How to use: it is a good basis for milkshakes, ice cream, cakes and macaroons.
Great aperitif to be served cold or on the rocks.
