Grapes: Perricone, Calabrese and Nerello Mascalese

Area of production: West Sicily

Fermentation and preparation:  the must obtained from the grapes is fermented so to get the alcoholic content of 4┬░ and a sugar content of 13%. We add wine alcohol to still the fermentation in order to obtain the alcoholic content of 16%.
