Grapes: Grecanico e Ansonica

Area of production: West Sicily

Fermentation and preparation: the must obtained from the grapes is fermented so to get the alcoholic content of 4% and a sugar content of 13%. We add wine alcohol to still the fermentation in order to obtain the alcoholic content of 16%.

Colour: clear

Taste: sweet

Perfume: intense

Serving Temperature: room temperature or slightly chilled

How to use: it is excellent with dried biscuits called "cantuccini" and almond pastries
