• Vintage time: half of september
• Pressing: soft pressing
• Fermentation and preparation: slow fermentation with controlled temperature. Once acquired the ideal sugarcontent, we add wine alcohol in order to stop the fermentation and obtain the alcoholic content of 16% vol.
